Telesales Executive & Coordinator

Salary range: Rs 240000 - Rs 300000 (ie INR 2.4 - 3 LPA)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly meeting targets.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
• Address customer concerns and objections effectively.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
