We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong conceptual thinking, exceptional visual craft, and a curiosity-driven approach to AI-led design tools.

This role is ideal for someone who sees AI not as a shortcut but as a creative accelerator—someone who is excited to experiment, learn, and explore new ways of imagining and executing design.

The role combines hands-on design, creative ownership, collaboration, and mentorship, while actively exploring how AI can enhance ideation, speed, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Design

Lead visual design across brand identities, campaigns, digital platforms, social media, and presentations.

Translate creative strategies and briefs into compelling visual systems and narratives.

Maintain consistency in brand language while continuously pushing creative innovation.

Develop moodboards, design routes, and visual frameworks using both traditional and AI-assisted workflows.

Contribute strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving across projects.

AI Exploration & Innovation

Explore and experiment with AI-powered design tools for ideation, visual exploration, layout assistance, rapid prototyping, and productivity.

Use generative and prompt-based tools to expand creative possibilities and enhance design workflows.

Stay updated with emerging AI trends and tools within the creative and design space.

Share learnings and best practices with the wider team.

Help evolve internal workflows by integrating AI where it meaningfully improves efficiency and creative output.

Concept & Collaboration

Work closely with Strategy, Copy, and Account teams to develop integrated creative ideas.

Contribute to campaign ideation, design-led thinking, and creative problem-solving.

Participate in creative reviews, pitches, and client-facing presentations when required.

Collaborate effectively across teams while taking ownership of design direction and execution.

Execution & Quality Control

Own final creative outputs with strong attention to detail, quality, and visual craft.

Manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.

Ensure all design outputs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Maintain high creative and ethical standards, including for AI-assisted outputs.

Balance speed and efficiency with quality across multiple deliverables.

Team & Mentorship

Mentor and guide junior designers on design craft, conceptual thinking, and new-age creative tools.

Encourage experimentation while maintaining strong creative discipline.

Foster a culture of learning, curiosity, collaboration, and adaptability within the team.

Key Skills & Expertise

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Hands-on experience with or strong exposure to AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Figma AI, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.

Excellent conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into impactful visual communication.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently under deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and a high standard of design craft.

Ability to balance speed with quality, particularly while working with AI-assisted workflows.

Experience & Background

4+ years of experience in a creative, branding, communication, or design agency environment.

A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual excellence, branding, campaigns, digital, and social media work.

Demonstrated curiosity and self-initiated learning around AI, emerging tools, or new creative workflows.

Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers will be an added advantage.
