We are looking for a commercially driven ETS Manager to lead the growth and management of Employee Transportation Services (ETS) for corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B business development experience, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage client relationships while ensuring seamless operational delivery.
This role will be responsible for acquiring and retaining corporate accounts, developing pricing and service models, monitoring P&L and operational performance, and driving growth within the ETS vertical.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify, prospect, pitch, and onboard corporate clients for employee transportation requirements.
- Develop customized service proposals, pricing models, and SLA frameworks based on client needs.
- Independently manage the sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation through onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with HR, Administration, Procurement, and other key decision-makers.
Client & Account Management
- Act as the primary relationship owner for ETS clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, service quality, and retention.
- Conduct regular client reviews and address concerns proactively.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase wallet share within existing accounts.
Operations & Service Delivery
- Work closely with internal Operations teams to ensure services are delivered according to agreed SLAs and client expectations.
- Establish and improve operational playbooks covering routing, driver allocation, escalation management, and reporting.
- Monitor service performance and coordinate timely resolution of operational issues.
- Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams.
Commercial & P&L Management
- Track revenue, margins, operating costs, and profitability for the ETS business.
- Develop pricing structures, P&L models, and business cases for new opportunities.
- Monitor operational and commercial KPIs and provide regular performance updates to leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
Must Have
- 2–8 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably within fleet management, logistics, employee transportation, or facility services.
- Proven experience independently acquiring and managing corporate clients.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding, including P&L management, pricing, margins, and business-case development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Good to Have
- Experience in Employee Transportation Services, cab aggregation, fleet management, or fleet-based B2B services.
- Existing network among HR, Administration, Facilities, and Procurement professionals in Bengaluru.
- Experience managing large corporate accounts and service-level agreements.
- Understanding of transportation operations, routing, driver management, and service delivery.
