Performance Marketer - B2B SaaS

This is a hands-on, paid-media-only role. You'll take over the existing Google Ads campaign and quickly build out new channels to reach a very niche B2B audience. The first 4–6 weeks are about fast setup and testing. After that, the focus shifts to optimizing what works.

The current Google targeting reaches too many consumers. The goal is to find channels where ACE can target by job title, company, and intent, so the leads are better quality.

What you'll do

• Take over the live Google Ads campaign and make quick improvements, while keeping new channel testing as the main priority
• Set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn, plus test emerging channels such as Reddit Ads and ChatGPT Ads
• Build targeting around OEM and digital retail decision-makers
• Track performance, optimize toward lead quality (not just volume), and report on what's working
• Partner with Whitney, the marketing manager, and an in-house creative team that handles visual ad assets

What you bring

• Proven experience running paid media for B2B, ideally SaaS or a niche, hard-to-reach audience
• Strong hands-on skills in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Interest and experience in testing newer platforms like Reddit and ChatGPT Ads
• Comfort working on your own with little oversight, in a lean team where you own the paid media function
• Bandwidth for a consistent 10 hrs/week starting right away

Nice to have

• Experience with automotive OEMs, dealer groups, or automotive tech companies (for example, Cox Automotive-style platforms)
• Experience marketing a data or API product
