Middle Paid Media Manager

• Location: Remote (Working ET hours)
• Hours/wk: 20 hours/week (now through April 2027); 30–40 hours/week (April–July 2027)
• Hourly Rate: $50/hr

The Opportunity

As our Paid Media Contractor, you will be the engine behind our lead generation efforts. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring our message reaches the right people at the right time. You will work closely with our internal team and external agency partners to traffic creative, optimize spend, and drive results across a diverse media mix.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Lead the planning and launch of lead generation campaigns, including event and webinar registrations. Campaign strategy is done, they just need someone who can execute on the campaigns (create, launch, optimize, report, A/B test, etc.)
• Paid Social Mastery: Set up and manage targeting parameters within LinkedIn to reach high-net-worth and professional audiences.
• HubSpot Expertise: Own the setup and execution of email and digital campaigns within the HubSpot ecosystem.
• Media Trafficking: Coordinate with our digital agency to traffic creative assets across various channels, including CTV, OTT, and local radio spots.
• Optimization: Implement A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
• Audience Segmentation: Build and refine retargeting and lookalike audiences to ensure high-quality lead acquisition.

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in digital paid media (Coordinator to Manager level).
• Technical Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to manage audience targeting and segmentation for professional and high-net-worth demographics.
• Collaborative Spirit: Experience working alongside external agency partners to traffic creative and manage campaign timelines.
• Versatility: Familiarity with streaming services (CTV/OTT) and traditional media trafficking (radio).
