Short Summary:
Warp is seeking a results-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise to own how we bring Warp to engineering organizations, shaping the narrative for VPs of Engineering and platform teams, and turning bottoms-up developer adoption into company-wide deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Own Enterprise Positioning and Messaging: Craft the narrative for how Warp delivers measurable ROI, security, and compliance to engineering organizations.
- Build the Sales Narrative and Enablement: Develop the pitch, competitive battlecards, objection handling, and technical content for Sales.
- Drive Enterprise Launches: Partner with Product to shape the enterprise roadmap and lead go-to-market for features that unlock larger deployments.
- Convert Bottoms-Up to Top-Down: Work with Growth and Sales to turn individual developer adoption into enterprise expansion.
- Own Competitive and Buyer Research: Run win/loss analysis, customer and prospect interviews, and competitive intelligence.
- Develop Proof: Build case studies, benchmarks, and ROI evidence for engineering leaders.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with meaningful time marketing to enterprise engineering organizations.
- Demonstrated experience marketing to a technical buying committee.
- Proven track record building sales enablement that Sales actually uses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
