Short Summary:
Join Vonage and help innovate cloud communications for businesses worldwide. The role focuses on leveraging partner relationships to sell Vonage products and services, supporting ongoing sales growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise between partners, customers, and internal teams for successful delivery of solutions.
- Drive and manage sales/channel marketing campaigns and events.
- Deliver product/service presentations to increase sales effectiveness.
- Cross-sell and up-sell based on customer needs.
- Develop new channels and open opportunities for Vonage.
- Assist with closing opportunities, sales training, and post-sale follow-up.
- Recruit new agent partners through various sales activities.
- Handle service requests and address escalated issues.
- Report on channel marketing/sales effectiveness and performance.
- Track daily activity and monthly results, meeting sales quotas.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- Prior proven experience in a Channel Sales or related role.
