Responsibilities:
- Create scalable microservices to support growth
- Propose scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective solutions
- Estimate effort for new product features
- Implement effective testing strategies to ensure software quality
- Design and develop approaches to improve service quality
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
- Contribute to documentation for knowledge sharing
- Stay updated with industry trends and share knowledge

Requirement:
- Excellent software engineering skills for backend services
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong focus on testing and understanding of object-oriented design
- Experience with multi-threaded architectures, web services, and event-driven pipelines
- Willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages
- Knowledge of Continuous Deployment tools and public cloud (AWS advantageous)
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Practical experience with Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes
