What you can expect:

• You will be responsible, as a Telecommunications Sales Agent in the Wiesbaden TKS Shop, for providing advice in English and selling telecommunications services and products.
• You will represent customers and process contracts in the customer management system.
• You will support customers and process payments.
• You will resolve customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach and help equip and maintain the appearance of the TKS store.
• You will carry out sales promotion activities.

What makes you stand out:

• Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in retail sales.
• Knowledge of customer care and billing systems.
• Flexibility.
• A confident manner.

This position can be performed full-time or on a near-full-time part-time basis (at least 30 hours).
