Requirement:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Tech-savvy with comfort using digital platforms
- Ability to adapt communication and training to match the audience
- Background in insurance, claims reviews, or US Healthcare is an asset
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in healthcare technology
