Short Summary:
Virta Health is on a mission to reverse metabolic disease in one billion people through technology, personalized nutrition, and virtual care delivery. As a Backend Engineer, you will build reliable systems and improve data accuracy to support seamless care and reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance scalable Golang microservices for eligibility, coverage, billing, and client-facing systems.
- Automate and streamline operational workflows to improve data accuracy and availability.
- Design self-service tools for finance, operations, and client teams.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability for internal and external reporting.
- Collaborate with data and AI teams to apply AI in data validation and process automation.
- Contribute to client-facing APIs for seamless data exchange.

Requirement:
- 5-7 years of backend coding experience in a production environment.
- Experience building microservices and working with data/event-based architectures.
- Proficiency in Golang and familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).
- Strong communication skills with experience interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
