Project purpose:

To support the migration from the existing Workforce Management SharePoint platform, we are seeking an experienced Full Stack C# .NET Developer to contribute to the continued enhancement and deployment of ComPass, a new Workforce Management and New Joiner application. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining application features while supporting testing, deployment, and production readiness activities. Success in this position requires strong collaboration skills, a problem-solving mindset, attention to quality, and a commitment to delivering robust software solutions.
