Short Summary:
A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

Responsibilities:
- Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
- Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
- Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
- Identifies and escalates operational issues
- Leads and demonstrates company values
- Coaches and develops associates and leaders
- Maintains visual merchandising standards
- Collaborates with cross-functional partners

Requirement:
- Retail operations leader with 1–2 years of retail experience preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing
- Strong attention to detail and execution
- Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
