CS Data Operation Manager (1 year temp)

The role  

As a CS Data Operations Manager, you will drive data-informed decision making across the Customer Service organization by managing reporting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and financial follow-up. You will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that support operational performance, strategic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Customer Service and the wider business, providing meaningful analysis and recommendations that drive business outcomes.

What we’re looking for  

We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that’s why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But, in order to thrive in this role, we do believe you’ll have at least some experience in the following:

· You are a curious, analytical, and data-driven person who loves turning numbers into insights and insights into action. You enjoy digging into data, spotting trends, and finding opportunities to improve both performance and ways of working.

· You are comfortable working with reporting, forecasting, KPIs, and financial follow-up, and you can translate complex data into clear and useful insights for different stakeholders. You take ownership of your work, are highly organized, and enjoy improving processes, dashboards, and tools along the way.

· We believe you are a great communicator and a collaborative team player who is also comfortable working independently. Most importantly, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and always looking for ways to make things better.

It’s a bonus if you have:  

• Experience in Excel and PowerPoint

• A good understanding of data visualization

• Understanding what metrics are relevant and why

• Experience in customer service and working with BPOs

• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst position
