Short Summary:
VGW is seeking a General Manager for Chumba Casino, a leading online social casino game. This role involves owning the strategy and commercial results of the product, leading multidisciplinary teams, and being deeply involved in product performance and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Chumba P&L end to end, including revenue, gross margin, promotions cost, and ROI.
- Build a deep understanding of the market and competition to set Chumba's strategy and roadmap.
- Diagnose performance drivers and guide teams to effective solutions.
- Set commercial goals for product & live ops and ensure alignment with market realities.
- Build and lead high-performing teams across disciplines and locations.
Requirement:
- 10+ years in digital commercial leadership, including 3+ years owning P&L for a $100M+ consumer app or game.
- Experience in social casino or comparable gaming, leading teams of 100+ across locations.
- Proven ability to analyze KPIs and their business value, with a track record of impactful decisions in product or live ops.
- Strong communication skills and comfort with data-driven discussions.
