What we’re looking for:

· Ability to quickly create engaging video creatives and promotional content

· Stay up to date with trends in motion and marketing design

· Explore new AI tools and share insights and findings with the team

· Quickly learn new tools and processes and apply them in your work

· Be proactive, autonomous, and take ownership of the results
Technical skills:

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects

· Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Figma

· Experience with generative AI tools for image and video creation

Nice to have:

· Experience creating advertising creatives for social media and digital campaigns

· Strong knowledge of AI tools and interfaces such as ComfyUI or similar platforms

· Experience using AI to speed up and optimize the motion production process

· Previous experience in a Lead role or mentoring designers
