Campaign Manager - Programmatic (Hyrid Remote / London)

POSITION SUMMARY

- Design, launch, and manage end-to-end programmatic recruitment ad campaigns across job media networks
- Allocate and optimize monthly ad spend to hit performance targets, dynamically adjusting bidding strategies based on real-time application data and conversion metrics
- Monitor key hiring metrics—including Cost-Per-Click (CPC), Cost-Per-Applicant (CPA), application completion rates, and conversion to hire—to continuously evaluate performance
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing on job titles, job descriptions, landing pages, channels, and visual assets to improve applicant engagement and conversion rates
- Review performance data and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Optimizing campaigns to meet client CPA/CPC/ROI goals.

Regularly monitor and QA all live campaigns for proper serving, click-through action, and conversion events.

- Analysis of database tables – analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights.

- Provide actionable insights, find ways to optimize based on clients’ success metrics, identify potential issues, and communicate recommendations to both the client and internal teams.

- Support technical and non-technical issues as reported by clients and help them reach a resolution by liaising with internal teams.

- Communicate with account managers and address customers' needs.

- Occasionally join sales teams on pre-sale calls with clients.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies or Business Administration preferred

- Advanced Excel skills Full proficiency including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables - Must.

- Good organizational skills with attention to details.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Experience in online advertising – advantage.

- Experience in online sales / pre-sales  - advantage.

- Experience with SQL writing – advantage.

- Proven track record of using data and performance results to drive media buying decisions and optimize funnel conversion rates 

- Prior experience managing recruitment advertising campaigns

- Proficiency with programmatic recruitment platforms (e.g., Appcast, Recruitics, PandoLogic, Joveo)
