About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to take full ownership of client delivery projects from planning through go-live. 

You will be responsible for keeping projects under control across scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and client expectations. We are looking for someone who can spot deviations early, understand their impact, make decisions, adjust the plan, and communicate clearly with both the team and the client.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery end-to-end: from planning and execution to go-live and stabilization.
• Build and maintain realistic project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, priorities, and resource needs.
• Track project progress, budget, scope, and risks.
• Manage scope changes and change requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including BA, Developers and QA.
• Lead client communication, manage expectations, and handle difficult conversations around scope, timelines, priorities, and risks.
• Keep project status, decisions, risks, and commitments transparent and up to date for both the team and stakeholders.

Must Have

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management or Delivery Management.
• Proven experience managing client projects end-to-end, with real ownership of delivery.
• Strong project planning skills and hands-on experience managing timelines, scope, dependencies, risks, and changing priorities.
• Experience tracking project budgets, hours consumption, etc.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of ownership and independence in decision-making.
• English B2+ 

Nice to have

• Experience in ERP, CRM, IT consulting, software implementation or system integration.
• Experience working in start-up or scaling company.
• Experience managing several projects in parallel.
• Experience with Odoo or another ERP platform.
• Deep understanding of project economics and profitability in a service-based company.
