Job Title: GTM Engineer
Boca Raton, FL (office-first)

Reps lose hours to copying data, chasing leads and updating the CRM. You build the systems that take that work away.

What You’ll Do
You’ll work with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, BI and R&D.

• Connect the CRM, marketing automation and billing tools so data flows on its own
• Own how leads are routed, scored and enriched
• Turn friction in the sales cycle into automations, including renewal and churn triggers
• Make sure the funnel is tracked cleanly so BI can report on it
• Fix broken syncs, routing errors and integrations before reps notice
• Build AI workflows reps use daily, like next-best-action prompts and AI enrichment

What You’ll Bring

• 3 to 5 years in revenue operations, sales engineering or a similar technical role in SaaS
• A degree in Computer Science, Commerce or a related field is an asset
• Deep hands-on experience with a major CRM and its automation tools
• You work comfortably with APIs, webhooks and an automation platform
• AI workflows or automations you built that people still use
• You explain technical trade-offs in plain words to sellers and managers

Nice to have: SQL and a BI tool, or experience with the Vendasta platform.
