The Role The eCOA Proposal Manager will join our Study by Study proposal team to lead the end-to-end process for our Veeva eCOA application- from initial protocol scoping through contract execution and change order management. Drawing on clinical trial expertise, this Proposal Manager will analyze protocol requirements to determine the diaries, surveys, and/or assessments, craft accurate proposals, and support our sales Account Partners to resolve any client inquiries in the process to contracting.
