Short Summary:
As a Product Data Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in preparing and ensuring the quality of product data required to launch online sales events, collaborating closely with various teams to manage product data effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, structure and standardize product data provided by brand partners.
- Integrate product information into systems, including PIM (references, sizes, colours, attributes, barcodes, prices, stock, etc.).
- Ensure data quality, consistency and compliance with Veepee standards.
- Perform quality checks before production, including catalogue data and product visuals.
- Identify, analyse and resolve data issues detected during the production process.
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and data quality.
- Monitor activity and provide regular reporting on completed tasks.

Requirement:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables, etc.).
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Analytical mindset.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Intermediate level in English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Dutch / Flemish is a prerequisite.
