Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager who is a true hunter and closer—someone who thrives on creating opportunities from scratch, winning new business, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.

This role is ideal for proven sales leaders from B2B environments who are energized by outbound prospecting, complex deal cycles, and owning the full sales process end-to-end.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close new business
• Generate pipeline from scratch through high-volume outbound activity (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.)
• Identify and engage decision-makers across target industries
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline within your assigned territory or vertical
• Deliver compelling presentations and clearly articulate value and ROI
• Manage opportunities effectively using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
• Provide market feedback and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
