About the team: The Risk Management team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, profitability, and sustainability of operations. This team is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks, such as fraud, money laundering, and responsible gaming concerns. They monitor player activities, analyze betting patterns, and implement measures to prevent anomalies or abuse.  Responsibilities :

• Monitor sport activities and player behaviors to identify potential risks such as fraud or suspicious activity
• Assist in the implementation of risk management strategies to protect sport operations
• Analyze gaming data and report on risk findings to senior management
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards within the sport environment
• Assist in fraud prevention by reviewing transaction patterns and spotting anomalies
• Support the development of new risk mitigation tools and techniques

Requirements:

• Knowledge of risk management techniques in the sport and betting industry
• Understanding of gaming regulations and compliance standards
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to spot irregularities
• Good communication skills for reporting risks and collaborating with teams
• Strong understanding of sport operations and market risks
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent risk situations
