VBET’s mission is to give our customers the best betting and gaming experience in a safe and secure environment.  About the Role: VBET is looking for a Middle  BI Analyst for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help the organization make informed business decisions. Our future employee should take ownership of complex data projects, design advanced BI solutions, and actively shape business strategies with data-driven insights.   Responsibilities: 

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and  areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Metabase).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver  tailored BI solutions.
• Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency across  systems.
• Develop and manage data pipelines and workflows to streamline data  integration and processing.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
• Support senior analysts and data engineers on larger projects, contributing to  strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• University degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or a related fields;
• At least two years of experience in a relevant position (iGaming, online products, e-commerce);
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large datasets, knowledge in data discovering methodology;
• Understanding of metrics related to online business (web, product, CRM, general financial);
• Experience analyzing CRM campaigns and player retention metrics;
• Understanding of customer segmentation, engagement strategies, and promotional analytics.
• SQL upper-intermediate skills;
• Experience with Tableau and other BI instruments;
• Upper-Intermediate English (spoken and written);
• Proactive communication and presentation skills to communicate with team members, external data providers, C-level;
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
