Senior Product Analyst

What you will own

• Run the A/B testing program end to end, from hypothesis and design to analysis and a clear ship or no-ship call
• Find and size growth opportunities across active subscriptions, from onboarding through retention
• Turn product and behavioral data into decisions the product team acts on
• Partner with product leadership as their analytics counterpart, not just a report builder
• Build and maintain trustworthy metrics, dashboards, and experiment readouts
• Bring a point of view: propose the experiments worth running, then prove them out

Must-have

• C1 or native-level English
• Strong SQL and confidence in a cloud warehouse such as BigQuery
• Hands-on design and analysis of A/B tests, with a solid grounding in statistics and causal inference
• Real product analytics experience, where your work changed product decisions
• Ability to turn a messy business question into a clean, decision-ready analysis
• Action-oriented, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes
• Works well async in a remote, distributed team

Nice-to-have

• Experience with dbt and Metabase
• Background in subscription, marketplace, or consumer products
• Familiarity with experimentation platforms and product design
• Strong quantitative or STEM education
