Project Manager

What you will own

• Run a portfolio of client projects end to end: planning, timelines, resources, priorities, and reporting
• Be the single point of contact for the client, from kick-off and status updates to presenting results
• Clear blockers with the engineers and analysts, and pick up the technical substance (data, pipelines, code) as you go
• Make sure checks and code review happen before anything goes to the client
• Escalate incidents and risks on time
• Build self-sufficient teams and help engineers grow

• Project management experience: timelines, resources, utilization, and client reporting
• Proactivity: goals, success criteria, risks, and blockers are fixed before kickoff
• Comfortable running several small teams at once
• English B2+ for daily work with clients in the US and Europe

Nice-to-have

• Experience managing data, analytics, or engineering projects
• Technical literacy: reads code, understands ETL and BI, and speaks the same language as engineers
• AI tools in daily work (Claude Code, Cursor, LLMs for analysis, documentation, and review)
• Experience with international clients and remote teams
