Run a backlog of 3 to 5 live hypotheses. Each is a chain: what signal shows a company needs data help now, how to reach the right person, what small first offer opens the door, how to get to a conversation. Launch, kill what stalls, scale what works.
Set up AI and automation to find companies, build and enrich lists, and draft materials. The base is in place; extending it is yours.
Run first discovery calls with post-Series A/B companies (about $2 to 15M ARR, founder or CTO/CFO/COO) and read whether the need is real.
Report weekly per hypothesis: qualified calls, cost, what's scaling, what's closed, plus a new idea or two. Success is a real conversation with the right company, not a reply.
What matters
You think in hypotheses. You name what you're testing, the number that proves it, and when to call it.
You're self-directed and comfortable briefing AI instead of doing it all by hand.
You can run a first call: listen, dig for the need, and don't pitch head-on.
You write like a person, not a template.
English B2 or higher.
Nice to have
Consulting, data outsourcing, or high-ticket B2B sales experience.
A feel for the modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake, Fivetran).
Connections in relevant communities or among investors.
Not for you if
Your answer to "how do we find clients" is "give me more campaigns".
You use one template for everyone.
You only know high-volume markets and won't retool for a narrow, one-at-a-time niche.
Terms
B2B contract, part-time, 20 hrs/week, remote (overlap UTC+1 to UTC+5 for calls).
Fixed hourly rate plus bonus. We'll shape the incentive model together on a call.
Autonomy over the backlog, infrastructure ready to go, a corporate Claude subscription, and a flexible schedule.
How to apply
Add a short note: one hypothesis for a post-Series A/B startup (about $2 to 15M ARR). The signal you'd use, how you'd reach them, what you'd open with, how promising it is, and what you'd hand to AI versus keep yourself.
No take-home; the note just shows how you think.
Then a call with the recruiter and a final with the CEO.
