Content Operations Assistant (Part-time)

Twitter / X operations

• Research topics: data Twitter, fractional CXO, AI-for-analytics tracks
• Analyze viral threads (hook, structure, CTA) and turn takeaways into the content plan
• Draft threads from existing LinkedIn posts, podcast transcripts, and Nick's articles (the Content Lead writes the final version)
• Build visuals: charts, screenshots, cover graphics (Canva, Figma)
• Schedule content via Typefully or Hypefury
• Monitor mentions, replies, and potential collab opportunities
• Weekly analytics: impressions, engagement, follower growth, CTR
• Analyze the top 5 and bottom 5 posts of the week with hypotheses

Substack and email operations

• Build email sequences for lead-magnet buyers and LinkedIn newsletter subscribers
• Segment the audience by interests and touchpoints
• QA funnels: links, rendering across email clients, UTM tags
• Basic newsletter analytics: open rate, CTR, unsubscribes, churn
• Adapt content formats for each platform

Reddit (as bandwidth allows)

• Monitor r/analytics, r/datascience, r/dataisbeautiful, r/Entrepreneur, r/sideproject
• Curate threads where Nick can add value organically, with context and resource links
• 2 to 3 organic contributions per week
• Weekly digest of what is working for competitors on Reddit

Also

• Format and QA new lead magnets in Notion and Canva

What you will not do

• Write final content in Nick's or the Content Lead's voice
• Reply in comments on behalf of the brand without approval
• Set content strategy or channel priorities

Must-have

• C1 or native-level English
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude preferred)
• 1 to 2 years in content ops, community management, or SMM, ideally on English-language or Western platforms
• Active Twitter/X user for at least 2 to 3 years; you genuinely understand the platform culture
• Familiarity with Substack, Beehiiv, or ConvertKit, even as a reader or subscriber
• Basic understanding of data, analytics, or SaaS, at least at the user level
• Comfortable with Notion, spreadsheets, Typefully or Hypefury
• Self-starter with an executor mindset, comfortable as an individual contributor
• Async-friendly and does not need constant check-ins
• Able to work with a voice guide and replicate someone else's tone of voice

Nice-to-have

• Active Reddit user
• Experience ghostwriting for founders or executives
• Confident with Figma or Canva
• Technical or data-adjacent background
• An AI-driven workflow
