Short Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Validation Engineer with 3–8 years of experience in virtualization platform validation, system testing, and infrastructure verification. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Citrix XenServer and hypervisor technologies, ensuring the reliability, performance, scalability, and stability of virtualization platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute validation plans for virtualization platforms based on Citrix XenServer.
- Validate hypervisor functionality, performance, scalability, availability, and security across enterprise environments.
- Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, stress, and performance test cases.
- Create automated validation suites to improve test coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.
- Identify, reproduce, analyze, and document software defects while working closely with engineering teams to drive timely resolution.
- Validate system upgrades, patches, firmware updates, and new feature releases.
- Perform compatibility testing across hardware platforms, storage systems, and networking components.
- Monitor virtualization infrastructure and analyze system logs to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis for customer-reported issues and validate fixes before production releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve validation methodologies, automation frameworks, and release quality.
- Maintain detailed validation reports, test documentation, and quality metrics.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize testing processes and infrastructure validation.

Requirement:
- Strong hands-on experience with Citrix XenServer administration and validation.
- Solid understanding of Hypervisor architecture, virtualization concepts, and virtual machine lifecycle.
- Experience validating virtualization platforms in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of virtualization networking, storage integration, and resource management.
- Experience with Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
- Strong understanding of system-level testing methodologies and validation processes.
- Familiarity with automation scripting using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Experience with defect tracking tools and test management platforms.
- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
