QA Specialist (m/f/d) - Digital Solutions Platform

What we achieve together

• As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for the further development and implementation of a comprehensive quality and testing strategy for our Digital Solutions Platform and its products
• Working closely with multiple product teams, you will establish standardized QA processes and ensure end-to-end quality assurance across frontend, integration, Salesforce, SAP, and other backend solutions
• Through close collaboration with QA Engineers, developers, IT colleagues, and business stakeholders, you will plan and coordinate comprehensive test cycles throughout the entire development lifecycle
• Your expertise will ensure that testing activities, ranging from System Integration Testing (SIT) to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), are carried out efficiently, with a high degree of automation and quality
• You will establish effective defect management practices, prioritize quality risks together with the teams, and consistently drive sustainable solutions forward
• As part of an experienced technology environment, you will help shape modern quality standards and make a significant contribution to the success of our digital transformation

What makes us successful together

• Qualification: You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification; certifications such as ISTQB are considered an advantage
• Experience: You have experience in test management, quality assurance, or ensuring the quality of digital products
• Knowledge and Skills: You possess a solid understanding of the entire software testing lifecycle, including unit, API, integration, contract, and user acceptance testing. In addition, you have hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress, as well as tools such as Jira XRAY
• Nice to Have: Experience in performance testing of enterprise applications, as well as exposure to Salesforce, SAP, or highly integrated platform environments, is a plus
• Personality: You stand out through your analytical mindset, strong quality focus, ability to deliver results, and talent for aligning diverse stakeholders around shared quality objectives.
• Language Skills: You communicate confidently and effectively in both English and German
