HR Specialist

Experience with HRIS systems is a plus • Personal laptop or PC • Upper-intermediate spoken and written English • Availability to work during the following fixed schedule Monday through Friday: from 3 pm till midnight Kyiv time (8 hours with a 1-hour break). What does this role involve? • Help with candidate's onboarding: collect documents, check correctness • Administer employees and contractors documents: separation, change of roles, salary • Conduct background check and drug testing • Administer benefits packages: insurances, 401k.
