Senior Content Writer & Editor | Uspio

If you’re a writer and editor who doesn’t want to be boxed into one format, this role is for you. As our Senior Content Writer & Editor, you’ll be the main hands-on writer and editor behind our SEO blog and apply your expertise across client presentations, landing pages, and conference materials.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit across all marketing formats and channels, with a focus on SEO articles, client presentations, landing pages and website copy, and conference materials and etc.
• Build and maintain content plans across key channels, with the SEO blog as a core focus now, and drive materials from concept to publication.
• Analyze competitors and audit our content/messaging to spot gaps and opportunities, and share findings as input for the team’s content decisions.
• Craft copy that moves people through the funnel, keeping the message coherent from first touch to conversion.
• Maintain consistency of our tone of voice across formats, and contribute suggestions for refining editorial guidelines over time.
• Manage the production of your content from brief to publication, including coordination to keep quality and deadlines on track.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience as a writer/editor in marketing communications, with a format-diverse portfolio.
• Fluent English and Russian.
• Equally writing and editing skills — not just one or the other.
• Solid grasp of funnel psychology and conversion copywriting.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort using AI tools for different tasks.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, iGaming, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience contributing to brand launches — developing messaging and content for go-to-market.
• Experience working within a high-volume content production setup — briefing freelancers/writers and following repeatable systems.
