Title: IT Technical Analyst

Location: Rockville, MD

The IT Technical Analyst – Tier 2 plays a critical role in maintaining the health, stability, and operational efficiency of US Fertility’s technology ecosystem. Working as part of the Tier 2 support group, this role is responsible for resolving complex escalated support requests from our Managed Service Provider (Tier 1), providing high-touch remote troubleshooting, and delivering hands-on onsite IT support across our clinical and administrative sites.

This position is field-based and requires candidate proximity within reasonable driving distance to support our primary hub in Rockville, MD, as well as regional clinic locations extending south through Northern Virginia and down to Fredericksburg, VA.
