Short Summary:
Urban Sports Club is seeking a visionary Director of Brand & Community to report directly to the CEO. This role focuses on evolving the brand towards a community-driven lifestyle identity, emphasizing the "Club" aspect of Urban Sports Club.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Brand Evolution: Architect the long-term conceptual development and narrative of Urban Sports Club.
- Strengthen the "Club": Ensure campaigns reinforce the community aspect, creating emotional connections.
- Balance Strategy & Execution: Own the brand marketing strategy across multi-channel campaigns.
- Lead Internationalization: Adapt and scale the core brand strategy across international B2C markets.
- Steer the Creative Studio & Teams: Oversee and mentor brand teams and internal creative studio.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing leaders to align brand priorities with business objectives.
- Insights & Budget Management: Manage the global brand budget and monitor key health metrics.
Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally in lifestyle or B2C industries.
- Proven track record of developing scalable international brand strategies.
- Strategic & Execution Hybrid Mindset: Ability to alternate between conceptual brand building and campaign delivery.
- Community-First Approach: Strong understanding of consumer brand positioning and audience engagement.
- Exceptional Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.
- Analytical & Financial Rigor: Data-driven approach to tracking brand performance metrics.
- Language Proficiency: Full fluency in English; German is a plus.
