Short Summary:
At Uni Systems, we are looking for a professional .NET Software Developer to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software systems.
- Lead development teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Optimize software for performance, security, and quality.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation.
- Estimate development effort and timelines.
- Define software development standards and best practices.
- Propose technical solutions for business needs and challenges.
- Collect and interpret software metrics.
- Manage software configuration and releases.
- Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment.
- Develop and execute tests, including testing tools.
- Document software development and implementation.
- Prototype solutions.
- Act as 2nd and 3rd line support.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree + at least 4 years of IT relevant professional experience and minimum 2 years in a similar position.
- At least 1 certification in software development relevant to the domain or an equivalent internationally recognized certification.
- At least five years of professional experience with .NET.
- At least three years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
- Experience as a Software Developer in at least two projects involving design, implementation, and deployment of solutions based on Microsoft Business Intelligence or similar technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of relational databases, SQL, BI, reporting, ETL, data modelling, OLAP, and data mining tools.
- Completed at least one full software development lifecycle.
- Expert in developing enterprise-level software systems within the specified technology domain.
- Proficient in UML and application design.
- Experienced in designing and developing data, business logic, and presentation layers.
- Experience working in Scrum environments.
- Capable of leading technical teams.
- Knowledge of English at B2 Level.
