Short Summary:
Underdog is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in React Native to enhance the core betting experience across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Build and scale core parts of the mobile and web apps in React Native.
- Investigate and resolve critical issues in the React Native client.
- Lead design reviews for cross-platform initiatives.
- Partner with backend, product, and design teams to ensure a fast and consistent user experience.
- Use data to validate fixes and catch regressions early.
- Coach other engineers and create reusable patterns.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks in shared systems.

Requirement:
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in React Native.
- Experience solving cross-cutting problems across multiple services.
- Proven track record in leading technical initiatives with measurable impact.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical trade-offs.
- Experience with mobile app performance and shipping reliable features at scale.
