Our company in Berlin is looking for remote outstaffing
❇️... We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on UI design, excellent Figma expertise, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Tasks include designing intuitive interfaces, creating wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes, translating business requirements into design solutions, facilitating workshops and feedback sessions, maintaining design systems and reusable components, conducting usability evaluations, and supporting developers during implementation.
Requirements: strong hands-on Figma skills (design systems, prototyping, auto-layout, component libraries, developer handoff), excellent UI/visual design, stakeholder management, agile experience, user-centered design, interaction design, responsive design and accessibility. Enterprise/dashboard experience is preferred.
Start: ASAP | Duration: until end of 2026 | Workload: 50%, potentially 100% from 2027 | Location: Nearshore only | Language: Fluent English
