You’ll be working in our Global Banking ECM team in Frankfurt. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• is in the penultimate or final year of their degree, or has recently graduated (no more than 6 months from the internship start date)
• has or is on track for a 2:1 (UK grading system) or the equivalent in your first undergraduate degree
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

This paid internship will last 3 to 6 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
