Short Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect for our Quality Control (QC) team in Ubisoft Pune. You will work closely with two Programming Leads to design, plan, and develop scalable and sustainable Automation solutions for our games.

Responsibilities:
- Automation Solutions Design: Identify and implement suitable technologies to solve QC challenges.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with Product teams to translate business problems into functional and technical requirements.
- Architecture Development: Perform architecture analysis to ensure performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Framework & Standards: Design and document system architecture and frameworks for automation solutions.
- Technical Guidance: Guide Programming Leads in implementing frameworks and adhering to best practices.
- Technology Evaluation: Propose and validate technology solutions for automation challenges.
- Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and promote best practices for maintainable code.
- Collaboration: Work with Programming Leads and Project Managers to define team composition and execution strategies.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert guidance.
- Training Plans: Create a long-term training plan for Tech teams.

Requirement:
- Proficiency in C++, C#, Python, and Web API development.
- Hands-on experience in architectural design and creating frameworks for automation.
- Strong background in developing and validating proof-of-concepts for new technologies.
- Deep understanding of performance optimization and scalable system design.
