Summary of Job Duties:
The Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences seeks to hire an intern to work with its Marketing & Communications team (MARCOMM), graphic design and content creation. Interns will work alongside the office’s full-time staff members to strategize and produce content for the college’s publications, social media channels, websites and more.
Primary Responsibilities
• Create flyers, brochures, invitations, posters
• Translate client needs into executable designs and create original concepts
• Manage and maintain Fulbright digital signage
• Other tasks may be assigned, as this internship will be specifically tailored to the strengths and interests of the intern
Social Media & Digital Content Support
• Assisting with drafting and scheduling social media content
• Supporting campaign-based content creation across platforms
• Monitoring engagement metrics and helping track performance
Additional Responsibilities
• Collaborating with team members using Outlook, Teams, and project management tools
• Participating in weekly team meetings and regular check-ins with supervisor
• Supporting other communications and content projects based on team needs and intern interests

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and or/Canva
- Some photography and videography experience is a plus
