Responsibilities:
- Co-lead the design and development of software infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Drive the development of sophisticated, stateful web applications.
- Oversee integration of complex React-based front-ends with backend modular services.
- Serve as a developer leader in distributed systems and data technologies.
- Mentor and elevate a team of high-performing engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in data engineering or software development, with at least 1 year leading projects.
- Experience with full-stack development using modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Typescript, or React.
- Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex data projects at scale.
- Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
