Change Manager for IT/ERP-Projects (f/m/d)

Your Tasks
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for transformation programs
- Analyze the impact of changes on people, processes, and systems, and define appropriate interventions
- Lead stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization
- Design and execute communication plans to create awareness and engagement
- Develop and facilitate trainings, workshops, and leadership enablement programs
- Establish and monitor change KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate closely with business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure smooth transformation execution
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and project teams on all change-related topics
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience in leading change management for large-scale transformation projects (e.g., digitalization, ERP implementations, process reengineering)
- Knowledge of change management frameworks
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, training and facilitation
- Ability to translate complex transformation topics into clear and engaging messages
- Experience working in agile, hybrid, or waterfall project environments
- Ability to work in highly dynamic environments
- Fluent in English and German
