Solutions Engineers serve as customer facing technical product experts, as well as the voice of the customer internally to product teams and company senior leadership. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, your day-to-day role will be a combination contributing to sales opportunities (leading or assisting with customer meetings such as product overviews, demos, workflow discussions, business cases, etc.), as well as internal initiatives (assisting with product or feature launches, collaborating with sales teams on customer inquires, advising on aspects of RFPs, and collaborating with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement Teams).

Key Responsibilities and Outputs:

• Evaluation & Proof of Concepts: Manage client trials, pilots, and Proofs of Concept (POCs), ensuring clear evaluation criteria and successful outcomes.
• Strategic Selling Support: Partner closely with sales teams to develop deal strategies, refine customer messaging to align to customer pain points, and develop business cases to influence deal closure.
• Workflow & Integration Support: Conduct technical discovery with customer stakeholders (CIOs, Administrators, Deans) to collect requirements, technical constraints, and document future state workflows.
• Voice of the Customer: Synthesize market feedback, competitive insights, and feature requests gleaned from customer interactions and provide to internal stakeholders, including Product and Marketing teams.
• Collaboration, Teamwork, and Growth: Contribute to a collaborative, low ego, and growth focused team. Embrace feedback, improvement, and innovation as part of business as usual. Actively participate in mentorship, promote best practice sharing across global Go-To-Market teams, and contribute to scaling the Solutions Engineering organization.
