TubeScience is a leading performance marketing agency that combines world-class creative with real-time data to drive measurable growth. The Creative Operations Coordinator will improve workflows, automate processes, and build operational infrastructure for efficient creative work delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Help manage the end-to-end creative workflow across Strategy, Production, Post-Production, Quality Control, and Delivery.
- Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows for greater efficiency and scalability.
- Build automations and integrations that reduce manual work and improve visibility.
- Create structured systems for prioritization, triage, and workload management.
- Partner with internal tooling teams to ensure workflows evolve alongside platform capabilities.
- Build systems for capacity planning, resource allocation, and workload balancing.
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility into pipeline health, team utilization, deadlines, and delivery risks.
- Identify opportunities to automate operational work using AI, LLMs, and workflow tools.
- Create and maintain SOPs that document and standardize key workflows.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in creative operations, production operations, project management, or a similar high-volume creative environment.
- Proven experience building scalable operational systems and improving processes.
- Strong experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Airtable, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and make an immediate impact.
