Short Summary:
As Benefits Analyst working remotely in Metro Manila, Philippines, you’ll be a part of bringing humanity to business by developing wellness programs that align with TTEC's Health & Wellness pillars.
Responsibilities:
- Wellness Program Administration: Develop global wellness programs and activities, present workshops, engage with employees and partners, and manage associated wellness incentives.
- Wellness Portal and Website Management: Manage the US health and wellness portal and the MyBenefits.ttec.com websites for all other countries.
- Mental Health Program: Support TTEC’s mental health program, develop campaigns, and facilitate webinars and workshops.
- Team Engagement: Facilitate team engagement activities.
Requirement:
- Degree in Wellness or wellness-related field.
- At least three years of experience in benefits administration in the APAC region.
- Knowledge of global wellness programs, mental health initiatives, and disease management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, particularly within the Asia Pacific region.
- Experience managing wellness portals and websites.
