You will be responsible for the user experience across web UI and APIs, simplifying complex product capabilities to drive adoption with our customers. This is a high-impact position where you’ll sit at the intersection of customer insight, technical innovation, and commercial strategy - driving products that solve real-world challenges at scale. You’ll act as the voice of the customer, working closely with internal teams and external partners to translate complex needs into powerful, scalable solutions.

Lead API strategy, design principles, and developer experience while ensuring consistency across web UI and integrations.
• Translate Complexity into Clarity
Convert complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements and priorities.
• Enable Scalable Solutions
Champion platform thinking - building reusable, composable capabilities rather than one-off features.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work across engineering, sales, marketing, legal, and executive teams to bring products to market and position them for success.
