Short Summary:
Our client is seeking a Senior UX Designer for a 6-month contract to elevate the user experience of its online platform across desktop and mobile. You will collaborate closely with various teams to design intuitive, scalable, and customer-centered experiences that support product growth and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Architect end-to-end user experiences by mapping complex user flows, journey maps, and wireframes.
- Apply systems thinking to evolve and strengthen the design system.
- Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes with motion and micro-interactions.
- Translate business goals, customer needs, and strategic insights into scalable UX frameworks.
- Design customer-first experiences grounded in empathy, usability, and problem-solving.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional, agile teams.
Requirement:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related roles.
- Demonstrated expertise creating polished, production-ready user experiences.
- Advanced proficiency with modern prototyping tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, Principle, or Framer.
- Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Passion for design, creativity, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).
