AI Labs Teaching Expert (Buisness Track)

Nebius Academy (powered by TripleTen) runs AI Labs: three-hour live online sessions where professionals bring a real, recurring task from their own work and leave with a working AI system built around their own process and data.

We are looking for an AI Labs Teaching Expert to facilitate the Business Track for professionals working in operations, product management, marketing, business analysis, consulting and team leadership. You will help participants identify the right automation opportunity, define a realistic scope and build a practical solution during the session.

• Review participant project cards before each session and help participants prepare the necessary data and materials.
• Assess each project and clearly define what should be included, reduced or removed from the Lab scope.
• Help participants map recurring business tasks and identify the most valuable automation opportunities.
• Guide participants in designing and building practical AI-assisted workflows.
• Help participants choose the appropriate level of automation, from reusable prompts and custom assistants to agents and workflow automation tools.
• Advise participants on ROI, process impact, approval steps, routing, error handling and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Work across the AI assistants and automation tools available in participants’ organisations.
• Diagnose where a participant is actually blocked and break the project into achievable next steps.
• Run an engaging online session, balance individual support with group progress and provide specific, immediately actionable feedback.

Must Have

• Hands-on experience automating recurring work across more than one business function.
• Proven experience implementing AI or automation solutions in live business processes—not only personal experiments, demonstrations, or strategy work.
• Ability to evaluate automation opportunities based on frequency, volume, process variance, expected ROI, and business impact.
• Sound judgment about which tasks or decisions should not be automated and where human review or approval must remain.
• Experience building multi-step automations that include branching, routing, approvals, error handling, or similar operational logic.
• Experience creating reusable AI assistants, custom GPTs, project instructions, decision agents, or comparable solutions used by other people.
• Production-level experience with at least one automation platform such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Working familiarity with several major AI assistants, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience facilitating workshops, teaching, mentoring, consulting, or sharing practical knowledge with non-technical professionals.
• Ability to diagnose participant blockers, reduce an oversized project to a realistic three-hour scope, and coach participants without taking over their work.
• Professional working proficiency in Russian sufficient to conduct live interactive Labs, explain complex concepts, and provide actionable feedback.
• Strong English communication skills for working with the Nebius Academy team and course materials.
• Availability to deliver live online sessions according to the agreed CET schedule.

Nice to Have

• Experience as an AI Enablement Lead, AI Adoption or Transformation Manager, GenAI Program Manager, Automation Consultant, operations leader, or Forward-Deployed Engineer.
• Experience supporting AI adoption across several departments, business functions, or client organizations.
• Experience in operationally intensive sectors such as e-commerce, marketplaces, fintech, food-tech, mobility, or similar environments.
• Experience connecting automation initiatives to measurable operational or business outcomes.
• A STEM education or another relevant technical background.
• Public case studies, talks, publications, or other examples of practical AI or automation projects.

• A project-based, part-time collaboration with Nebius Academy.
