Responsibilities:
- Clear tables of dishes, cups, utensils, and drinkware after each customer
- Maintain a clean and sanitary server station
- Ensure cleanliness of the dining rooms and other areas
- Serve beverages, water, and other drinks as necessary
- Set up dining tables as requested
- Stack and un-stack chairs and put tables in order
- Polish glassware and silverware as necessary
- Interact and coordinate with hosts and service staff to ensure effective service
- Maintain best practices in maintaining cleanliness in bussing services
Requirement:
- Ability to communicate and listen to team members and guests
- Dedication to working as a team towards one goal
- Great customer service skills
- Experience as a busser is a plus
- Work authorization in the U.S.
