We're looking for a hands-on Performance Manager who knows how to launch and scale paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok in high-risk verticals. You'll own your projects end to end, from account setup, funnels, and creatives to testing, optimization, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Launch, run, and scale paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok.

• Work in restricted and high-moderation verticals: manage ad accounts, handle policy and moderation risks, and keep campaigns running.

• Build and run creative and audience tests, then turn results into scaling decisions.

• Track performance against targets (CPA, ROAS, LTV-driven metrics) and adjust budgets accordingly.

• Work with creatives, product, and analytics on funnels, landing pages, and tracking.

• Lead your own projects independently, from brief to results.

Requirements:

• Commercial experience running Meta and/or TikTok ads in restricted verticals: adult, iGaming, dating, nutra, crypto, or similar.

• Practical knowledge of handling account bans, moderation, and policy limits.

• Confident with tracking and attribution setup (pixels, CAPI, MMPs, UTMs).

• Data-driven approach: you make decisions from numbers, not gut feeling.

• Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, and LTV.

• Comfortable owning projects end to end with minimal supervision.

• Confident working proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with creator economy, subscription, or Telegram-based products.

• Experience with other traffic sources beyond Meta/TikTok.
